Try a Sample Session
There's only one way for me to be sure if I will be able to help you — it's fairly simple — and that is for you to try a sample coaching session with me.
How It Works
This initial session takes about 30 minutes and is a relaxed and confidential conversation about what you've been working on in your career and it's affect on your personal life, what feels challenging right now and what you'd like to achieve. I'll ask you questions to help you access your own insight and share my thoughts when appropriate to help you get the answers you've been looking for. If I think my experience and abilities match what you're trying to achieve, I'll even outline what it would like to work together and what you kind of results you could expect.
Ask Questions at No Charge
The intention of this session for you to experience coaching. The only thing required of you is to show up, actively participate in the dialogue, be honest and be on time. And don't worry, I'll leave plenty of time for you to ask any questions that may come up.
My Coaching Style
I have a gentle yet firm style of speaking and I'm quick to laugh. (This process is to be enjoyed after all!) What makes my style of coaching unique is that I combine an excellent balance of logic-meets-spirit. And with the 16+ years of clinical experience, you can bet that you'll be in good hands at all times. Fair warning, I do give action steps to do in-between sessions. This helps you to live into what we discuss and makes our talks more than just good conversation and very applicable to real-life situations. So I work best with those who tend to approach life with a can-do attitude.
